Christopher Hoffman

Founder & Managing Partner

Christopher has spent more than two decades protecting the systems businesses run on, and leads 3nerds Technology Group as Managing Partner. His focus is security, compliance and risk: hardening environments, closing exposures before they are found by anyone else, and keeping organizations ready for audit as regulatory expectations tighten. He also advises leadership on security posture, information governance, virtual CIO strategy and technology alignment — so that a resilient technology foundation supports growth rather than trailing behind it.

Vivek Viswanathan

Chief Growth Officer

Vivek helps organizations run marketing and technology as one growth engine instead of two disconnected functions. His work covers sharper positioning, dependable marketing systems and customer experiences built to convert and retain — alongside the practical, responsible adoption of AI and supporting tools across research, content and the customer journey. He works directly with founders, leadership teams and in-house marketing groups, with much of that focused on B2B and healthcare.

His background spans hardware and software support, networking, project coordination, technology deployments, infrastructure refreshes, and operational support. He works closely with users and leadership teams to solve technical challenges, improve reliability, and ensure organizations have the technology foundation they need to operate efficiently and grow with confidence.

Shailesh brings more than three decades of experience working across engineering, automation, manufacturing, and technology-driven industries in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. A PMI-certified Project Manager, he has led projects and supported clients across diverse cultural and business environments. His expertise combines structured project delivery with a strong customer service focus, helping clients navigate complex initiatives through clear communication, responsive support, and long-term relationship management.
