    Support FAQ

    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our ticket triage, business response times, and emergency escalations.

What happens immediately after I submit a support request?
Your ticket is generated with a unique reference ID and dispatched to our central helpdesk monitoring console. An engineer acknowledges the request, reviews your notes and attachment, and either calls your phone or initiates a remote diagnostic session depending on priority.
Can we request support if we are not currently on a monthly IT contract?
Yes! We provide emergency break-fix support and project-based intervention for prospective clients experiencing urgent IT emergencies. After resolving the immediate issue, we can discuss ongoing K365 Managed IT packages to prevent recurring downtime.
What qualifies as a "Critical Priority" request?
Critical priority is designated for events that halt whole-company operations, such as entire office internet outages, core database or server crashes, active ransomware / security breaches, or total email delivery failures affecting all staff.
How does remote screen support work?
Our engineer provides a secure one-time session code or initiates connection through our pre-installed monitoring agent. The connection is encrypted end-to-end, and you can watch everything the technician does on your monitor in real time.
