Do you charge on a fixed-fee or by the hour?
All clients are on a fixed monthly plan which makes it easy to budget and avoids the pain of unexpected IT Service bills. We monitor all client workstations and servers and most often can fix problems that crop up in a matter of minutes, remotely. While there is never a service charge for clients on our 3nerds Plus or 3nerds Complete plan, clients on our 3nerds Basic plan are charged an hourly rate when we need to make an onsite visit to perform a service, however, we love seeing each client face-to-face and you are never charged when we make a courtesy call.
Will my 3nerds technicians be familiar with my operation when an issue occurs?
Every client network has its nuances and having the consistency of service makes things run much smoother and reduces downtime. At 3nerds manage networks not simply react to them, so your assigned technician team will always be servicing your account.
Can I call in the middle of the night with a problem that needs addressing?
3nerds is monitoring your system 24/7. As soon as a problem is detected a service ticket is issued and sent to your technician. In most cases, the problem can be resolved remotely but if necessary, our technician will visit your location to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

During the free discovery phase interview, prior to starting to do business together, we will inform you if there is a line-of-business application that cannot be supported effectively.
Do I have to sign a long-term service agreement?
No, 3nerds wants clients to do business with us because they want to, not because they are locked into a contract. All service agreements are offered on a month-to-month basis.
